Semi-finished products
At factory semi-finished products are ordered from contractors with long term agreements.
This lowers final costs when products are done in serial production and OXSA can offer competitive prices for the customers.
Edging
Sheets and cuts are edged in factory to make sure all parts fits perfectly.
Welding
After edging, parts are moved to spot welding station. Parts are then checked and spot welded together. After this they are transfered to final welding station.
Groundwork
After welding, products are moved to blow chamber. Blowing small steel balls with high speed to products surfaces, deep cleans it with any dirt and gives a rough and adhessive surface.
Painting
All OXSA products are powder coated. After powder coating products are moved to a oven where powder paint is burned in to the steel.
Powder coated painting gives product a very durable paint surface and a longer life time.
Assembly
After painting, the final product is assembled in assembly cell. Here all parts are checked to fit and make sure they work as they are planned to do.
Structures are designed to whitstand a continous stress in demanding circumstances.
