Bale Grapplers for safe and gentle loading
OXSA BC-180HD - Bale Grappler makes easy and safe moving and loading large bales (max. Ø 180 cm). Bale Grapplers tube framing and rounded shapes keeps those sensitive, just plastic wrapped bales intact.
BC-180HD's long and narrow but rigid grapplers also helps moving bales to tight spots like store room.
Modern light but rigid structure
Bale Grapplers frame is done by modern thin sheet technology. This makes it very rigid but light weighted. Grapplers are combination of sheet case and tube framing which gives it good torsional stiffness but keeps it light.
Product frame is done with 48 and 60 mm steel pipes which can withstands a great pressure. To safely move large bales - such as 180 cm diameter - the holding pressure is made sure with two large cylinders. These cylinders (diameter 70 mm) gives a total of 138 kN holding pressure (at 180 bar*).
* Maximum allowed operating pressure is 180 bar. Going over this there is a accessory available - a safety valve - to limit this pressure.
Quality materials and good maintenance gives a long product life
All Bale Grapplers joints have slide bearings and they are easely greaseable. Joint axels are made from strong MOC410 - steel that gives them a long lifetime.
Bale Grapplers are painted with powder coating that ensures them a long lasting surface.
