OXSA EVO family's the largest EVO 285 is designed for heavy professional and contracting purposes. OXSA EVO 285 is also good choice for those who need deft and 15-30 cm shorter powerful snow blower that can expand up to 402 centimeters with help of accessories!
EVO - innovative, bottom open structure
EVO's structure is different from the most of the markets snow blowers by its significant 15-30 cm shorter base, front to back bottom open design and energy efficient chamber. This EVO's ingenious throw chamber gives the snow a better flow to the center of the blower where it has the most optimal out flow.
With this new structure - compared to closed ones - we get better properties as lighter weight (15-20 % fuel safe), faster inflow as speed and open design for more maintain space. This design is also harder to get blocked by snow and when compared to closed ones, when the infeed rotor is halted there are no more snow piles underneath!
The challenge of slush and wet snow is also taken into account at design. Which we can say by the response from field that OXSA EVO 285 also works nicely in mild weather.

Designed and produced in Finland for nordic winter
Like all OXSA EVO - family snow blowers, OXSA EVO 285 is also made to withstand stress in demanding environment. To ensure this all its parts are slightly "over" measured. At the frame where the stress is at the highest we use S355 structural steel and places where items expose to a lot of wear - like blades - we use HB500 special steel. This ensures long life, structurally stronger quality products which serve its owner as long as possible.
OXSA EVO 285 is available with 2 hatch model and with one throwing horn (ONE).

Snow blowers pivot shaft must be 1¾ Z=6 and equipped with 1400 Nm overload switch (breaker bolt or disk switch). Recommeded power requirements are 95 hp / 540 rpm or 150 hp / 1000 rpm. Matching pivot shaft can be ordered with the product.
